OrizaShop — Integrated Web + Flutter Commerce & PPOB Platform
A digital transaction platform combining e-commerce, PPOB, wallet, payments, cashback/profit-sharing, and an Android Flutter app on one integrated backend.

OrizaShop required a digital transaction platform that goes beyond a conventional online store. A single user account needed to support product purchases, PPOB services, payments, wallet, cashback/profit-sharing, order history, and access through both web and mobile channels.
The core technical challenge was keeping catalog, orders, payments, balances, and transaction states consistent across different channels.
The process areas that needed to work as one system included product catalog and stock, cart and checkout, PPOB transactions, payments, wallet, customer verification, and the order lifecycle. The implementation uses the backend and APIs as the shared transaction source so business logic is not duplicated between web and mobile.
OrizaShop is built as a single transaction platform serving both the web channel and an Android Flutter application through the same backend. The website handles the shopping experience, while the mobile API covers authentication, catalog, cart, checkout, orders, wallet, PPOB, notifications, reviews, profile, and addresses.

The operational backend unifies e-commerce and PPOB transactions with product administration, stock, payments, wallet, cashback/profit-sharing, users, and reporting.
- Catalog, categories, product details, images, stock, and stock adjustments.
- Cart, checkout, orders, payment-method changes, payment proof, and invoices.
- PPOB: categories, products, inquiry, transactions, status checks, refunds, and provider monitoring.
- User wallet, transaction history, admin top-up, and wallet reporting.
- Cashback/profit-sharing: plans, levels, product groups, progress, monitoring, and system wallet.
- Profile, addresses, product reviews, notifications, feedback, account recovery, and WhatsApp/email verification.
- Admin dashboard, customers, roles, 2FA/security, sales, profit, and financial-integrity reports.
- Duitku for payment flows and transaction status synchronization.
- PPOB gateway/provider layer for service catalog, inquiry, top-up, status, callbacks, and refunds.
- Mobile REST API for the Flutter application with Laravel Sanctum authentication.
- WhatsApp/email verification flows for account verification and recovery.
The implementation uses Laravel for both the web backend and APIs, with separated route surfaces for the public web, admin, mobile API, payment router, and PPOB gateway. The Flutter application consumes the same mobile endpoints to keep account and transaction states consistent across channels.

The system also provides administrative controls for orders, payments, customers, roles, security/2FA, stock, sales and profit reports, and PPOB transaction monitoring.
- One backend serves both web and mobile channels, improving consistency of transaction rules.
- Products, PPOB, payments, wallet, cashback, and reports can be operated from one administration system.
- The API architecture allows the mobile channel to evolve without duplicating core business logic.
- Payment and transaction states can be monitored and synchronized through centralized backend flows.
