Dhita Fresh Bali — Integrated Distribution ERP for Sales, Warehouse, Finance & Canvassers

Distribution operations contain many interdependent workflows. Sales affect inventory, receivables and delivery; purchases affect inventory and payables; canvassers carry stock into the field while generating sales, returns and settlements; and cashier and finance teams must close and reconcile the related cash flows consistently.

The core challenge is maintaining a single consistent operational source of truth across companies, warehouses, sales teams, canvassers, cashier operations and finance, with clear approval controls, audit trails and posting states.

The operational flow handled by the system includes product and pricing masters, sales orders, purchases, stock balances and stock counts, warehouse transfers, returns, delivery, receivables/payables, canvasser load-outs, field sales, settlements, daily closing, cashier shift closing, sales targets and reporting.

Each workflow must preserve document relationships and its inventory/financial effects so that a change in one area does not create inconsistencies elsewhere.

ORIZA developed and evolved a web-based ERP platform that connects front-office, warehouse and back-office workflows in one application. Transactions use controlled draft/post/void or approval states as appropriate, making operational records traceable and reconcilable.

For field teams, mobile APIs provide controlled access to customers, products, warehouses, stock, sales, returns, load-outs, settlements, daily activities, receivables and canvasser reports.

• Sales & Billing: sales orders, credit overrides, billing history, thermal/A4 printing and sales returns.
• Purchasing: purchases, posting/void controls, purchase returns and purchasing reports.

• Mobile API: dedicated canvasser and mobile-sales endpoints secured with Laravel Sanctum.
• Intercompany: margin rules, credit notes and reconciliation for inter-entity transactions.
• Document Output: Excel and PDF exports for reports and operational documents.
• Backup & DR: system-backup jobs with run, status and download workflows to support application backup operations.

Development has been delivered incrementally with a focus on data consistency, transaction posting, approvals, auditability and reconciliation. The current production architecture runs Laravel 13 and exposes both a web application and REST APIs for mobile workflows.
